Oldest brother of my grandfather was Rev. Sydney Smith Davis who was b 22 May 1854 in Bartholomew Co, IN and d 20 Feb 1928 in Sheridan Co, NE. He m Delilah Jane Moss 5 April 1883 in Green Co, IN. At least three of their children lived in NE. William Arlie m Gladys Griffith; Viola Opal m Walter Byers; Jesse R. m Verta Neil; Joseph Melvin m Cora Killion. I believe Jesse stayed in IN.
