Hi Rock County Listers:

A new item was added to the Rock County NEGenWeb Project. It is the beginning of many booklets of "1917-1941 Rock County, Nebraska Hunting, Fishing and Trapping Licenses" which to have some valuable information for a genealogical researcher. The license has the license owner's name, age, weight, and where he lived in that year of issue.

Also, there are two women at the Rock County Historical Society and Rock County NEGenWeb Project - Lookup Volunteer, who would be happy to do any local lookup if you just ask them. These wonderful ladies are Bev Hopkins (bbeegle@huntel.net) and Sue Barnes (rhsb@nntc.net). Just remember to add this to your subject line: "Rock County Nebraska Lookup" and give these ladies your thanks for doing this for you.
