The Christ Radeka you have located is actually a transcription error. The name should be Christina Rathke.
You will note also she is living with a "Harm" Bastian. His full name is Herman Bastian. Yes, these two are boarders at the Snyder household, but they are related to each other. Christina Rathke is the Aunt of Herman Bastian. This can be confirmed in the 1900 census.
