I am not sure if my Reznicek has connection to Madison County. My g-grandmother Theresa Reznicek, b. Jan. 19, 1861 in Vsetin Czechoslvakia, married Paul Martin Machu, came to America in 1882, she died in Taylor, Texas in 1933. I am told she had a brother Paul, but I know nothing about him. I am searching siblings of Theresa. Any information would be helpful.

Madison County -

I have no further info re: greatgrandfather Jan Reznicek - he was born in Hardec Kralov, Czech. on 28 Jun 1849 - D: 29 Jan 1910 in Battle Creek, Madison, NE. I wrote to the Czech Republic a few years ago receiving info I'm not certain is accurate. It mentioned nothing about siblings. I'm sorry - as his history is still elusive to me.

They are buried at Iowa Valley Cemetery in Madison, NE. I have photos of their grave if interested. I believe they are my great-great grandparents.
