Lorna Mae Griffith, 72, of Newark, Ohio died at the Selma Markowitz Care Center of Hospice of Central Ohio on Sunday, September 11, 2011.

She was born in Warsaw, Ohio (Coshocton County) on January 22, 1939 to the late Glenn and Isabell (Besst) Adams.

Lorna is survived by her husband of 35 years, Herbert Griffith, of the home; her children and their spouses, Glenna and John Fessel of Sellersburg, Indiana, Scott Griffith of Newark, Richard and Rahnada Clark Jr. of Lancaster, Ohio and Krystyna and Sean Howard of Owenton, Kentucky; 13 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; her four brothers; her husbands family; and several nieces and nephews.

The family requests that memorials be made to the Griffith Family Fund, c/o Family of Faith Community Church.

Funeral services for Lorna Mae Griffith, 72, of Newark, Ohio will be held at 12 Noon, Wednesday, September 14, 2011 at Family of Faith Community Church, Mt. Vernon Road, Newark, with Pastor Curt Martin officiating.
Interment will follow in Neuhart Baptist Cemetery, Woodsfield, Ohio

Friends and family may call at the church 7-9 P.M., Tuesday, September 13, 2011; and for two hour prior to the service on Wednesday.
