You might try the North
Platte Library. They have some people doing Genealogy there.
Ernest and
Cora Bradley are buried in the North
Platte Cemetery in case you need the dates.
In the 1930 Census it says Frank was working for the Railroad so I tried the SSDI for a Fran* Bradley that the SS Card was issued by the railroad.
Found the below. It was the only one that was a 1910 or 1911 birth. Then I asked for a FRAN* b. the same date and card issued in
Nebraska. Don't know if this your Frank and Francis but you might send for a death certificate for one or both to make sure.
