Just happened to see your posts regarding the Powell (Keeney) Cemetery, it has also been refered to as the Helvey Cemetery also. My husbands' family on both sides were native to the Meridian Precinct/Powell. I don't know where you are from but could you please contact me. My husbands' relatives were on his fathers' side Schroeder,Wedeking,Schweer and on his mothers' were Steele,Helvey,McGrady and Young. In the late 50's he would walk from the District 10 School House which is west of Powell (is now a museum )to Powell to watch tv in color at one of his mothers' cousins' they had the static cling plastic that had the red and green coloring on it.
