My mother was born at the Ruth Potter hospital on June 12, 1936 in Fremont, NE (Dodge Co.). She was adopted on August 15, 1936 in Washington Co (presumably Blair). We are trying to figure out why she ended up getting adopted in Wash. Co and any other information that anyone has.
She was born Mary Ann William (parents Evelyn William, Louis Carson, allegedly from North Platte).
