I'm hoping someone can find deeds or land transfer records or other info between John Weyer (who owned several parcels of land) and John Hans, aka, John Hart. I would like to have the legal descriptive coordinates or map location of the Weyer & Hans/Hart parcels as well as the records of the sale or transfer of Weyer land (80 acres) to John Hans or John Hart.

Approx. dates between 1896 and 1905.

I do have an image of a plot map that i can send for your reference as an attachment but i don't know what else or where other info may be located.

My HANS family had a lot of history in that area. do a google search for Fred Hans

Hi, search the web for nebraskahistory.org/databases/tractbooks.shtml
This will give your sec. township and range.
Weyer was section 22 & 26 of township 30 and range 21W.
For a small fee, a search will be made in the archives.
