Barsley Hubbell, b. Jan 1864, is found in the 1900 census of Petersburg with wife Anna, b. Feb 1864 & children Edna, b. Oct 1893 and Harry or Henry, b. Apr 1896.
He lists his occupation as "county commissioner".

I can't find them after that, though the family records indicate he lived until 1940.

Does anyone have more information on this family?
