Funeral Services Held in Choteau Saturday for Mrs. Edwin C. Powers.
Funeral services were held last Saturday in Choteau for Mrs. Edwin C. [Clara] Powers, wife of Ed. Powers, well known ranchman of the Bynum area south of the Bynum reservoir. Rev. Bert A. Powell officiated at the service and the funeral was in charge of the Banks Funeral home.
Mrs. Powers, 66, a native of Ontario, Canada, had been a resident of Teton county for about 25 years. Her passing occurred on Monday of last week at the Tim Cook home in that area. [Buried in Choteau Cemetery] Choteau Acantha March 22, 1945, transcribed with permission.
