Does any body know anything about the Steele Stage Stop. It is located northwest of Vaughn Montana. I believe the stage went to the towns of Choteau and Power, Teton County MT, and then hearded north. It is a two story rock building and is STILL STANDING in the same place. We were told that it was also s train stop on a small railroad later, after the stage stopped.
It might have been operating as a stages stop before Teton County became a county in 1892.
