I would Like any info on the Stout family of Perma Montana Sanders County

The following Stouts are mentioned in the book "Settlers and Sodbusters" by the Hot Springs Bicentennial Committee of Sanders County:

Bill, Dave, Irene, and Thomas

Bill Stout was my step grandfather, married Bea Colyer (my grandmother)in the late 30's or early 40's. Bill, his brother Dave and their mother are buried in the Paradise cemetary.

William, Dick,Richard and A.F. Stout are buried in the Paradise cemetery. Mary Annie Dixon Stout is also buried there. She is the first wife of Bill Stout and they lived in the Perma area. They had no children. Bill then married Bea Colyer. Annie came from Kansas. Stouts were old timers in the Paradise valley

No I am not related but Bill and Dave Stout were friends of my grandmother years ago. Annie was a good friend of my grandmother. I am very familiar with the Paradise cemetery so know most buried there. Have been in this valley all my life. Do you know anything about A.F. Stout? I don't have his full name and have been searching for it. I put ALL of Paradise Cemetery on FINDAGRAVE if you want to go to that site and see. It is a great site.

How are you, and your father Thomas Walter related to the Stouts in the Paradise cemetery? Did you know of the A.F. Stout? Have tried to get his/her full name and can't seem to find anyone that knows what it is. Do you happen to have the history on any of them.??? I know Dave Stout was a "Railroad Bull" for the N.P. Railroad in Paradise and part time deputy. Bill Stout was an old timer around there and rode a big white horse.

Sandra, I have heard from somewhere over family talks that Bill's mother was also named Annie and is also buried in Paradise. Could that be the the A.F Stout?

I don't think so as I sent for a death certificite on Richard Stout and it lists his father as A. F. Stout. I talked to Dianne Rummell in T Falls and she gave me an address in California to write . I haven't heard and probably won't as this was a month ago. I am still searching for A.F. Stout and how he fits in. Any ideas as to who may know in your family???? I talked to Pat Colyer and he didn't know. My hope is thru Dianne ( She is a Stout) I will try to contact her again and see if she has any other address to write to.
