Thanks for posting this, Henry Foster was my great-grandfather's uncle. I know that Emily had two brothers too, Rollins and Eugene, but I don't know her mother's name. I found Henry on the 1880 census, but there were no women in the camp, just 14 men, farmers and miners.

I wonder if anyone has any more information on this family? Was her husband Ellis Phillips, it doesn't say in the obit?
