I'm the great granddaughter of Jesse Allen Stackhouse born 1891 died 1950 buried in Woodbine Cemetery in Puyallup, Washington. He married Winnie Clarke (1897-1918). I don't know what happened to Jesse Jr. or Stanley. Her parents were Ferdinand Toulton Clarke (1857-1940) and Maryanne Ferguson. Jesse was a brakeman working for a logging company(unknown) near Seattle. He remarried in 1920 to Ruby H. Williams (father born in Missouri, mother born in New York names unknown) 1895-1967. They had five children Leonard F. Stackhouse adopted, Forrest D. born 1/24/1922-1/1/1949 pilot in WW2, Harley Marvin born 9/22/23-8/12/1998 US Navy in WW2 helped rescue men from the USS Indianapolis. Worked in the pulp mill in Tacoma, Wa. Had one son Frank Allen (Harley is my grandfather), Ruby (Ione) birth 1924 or 25 death unknown, and Ada (Ailene) A born 1928 or 29 death unknown. I know some of the information is incomplete but my grandfather had a family fall out with his sisters just after my dad was born and never spoke to them after that he was very stubborn which is family trait unfortunately. But that's all the information I have. I currently live in Australia m/ with four kids and my sister Heidi lives in Austria m. w/6 kids. You should note that a Bert Turner is also listed in Ancestry.com's death index, but the info on Ancestry from the years 1954 through about 1965, are incorrect in everything except date of death. Incorrect information includes county of death and marital status, and age.

I subscribe to the "Newspaper Archives" database, but was unable to locate obits for either Mary Jane or Bert Turner, as this collection of newspapers is not complete.

You might want to try the Rootsweb Volunteer Obituary look-up service. Go to the following link where you will find one volunteer listed for Lake County who will look up obits in the Lake County Newspaper:

Hello, Am looking for information on a Bert Turner who married Mary Jane Jones. Mary is a sister of my great-grandmother. We know that Bert and Mary had three children, Lucy who married Thomas Wells, Mary who married a Woodward and a son.
Mary died 14 Jan 1978, Lake Co., MT and is listed as a widow.
We have no idea where Bert died.

A Death Index identifies where a person died, not necessarily where they lived. You posted in Lake County, do you have information concerning her in this county? The Montana Death Index shows she died in Flathead County. The two are adjoining:

Besides the other persons error's, there are many error's found in the posted Brauer family tree identified. For example, it shows daughter Katherine (born in Montana to father born in Missouri, being in Teton County, MT in the 1920 Census, when in fact she was in Fremont County, WY. It also shows Katherine in the 1930 Census in Windsor, Colorado, when in fact this is the family of Jacob Kindsfather, her former Father-in-Law. This proves you can NOT reference someone's online family tree without reviewing it for errors and sources.

It appears you have a good knowledge of the children and you are specific in looking for information on George and Katherine (Hoffman), so I won't compound the issue correcting/finding information on the children. You also appear to be the source of information posted on the other persons family tree, so you might be able to correct some of their errors.

I know you probably have the below, but will post so there is no further mistakes on the main two persons, George and Katherine (Hoffman).

The 1920 Census for Election District 10, Fremont County, WY.
George Yeager(written as Yerger), age 41, born in Russia (German ancestory), immigrated in 1906, "Pa"(indicates he had filed his papers, his Declaration of Intention to become a citizen.

---Based on their Russian residency and German Ancestry, they "might" have been Mennonite. There was a large population of Mennonites that to avoid religious persecution in Germany, which included military service, escaped to Russia. Then in later years, they began receiving the same in Russia, to include mandatory military service, so they came to the US in DROVES.

--It also showed a George L, Yeager, died 1963 in 37(Pondera Co), used for elimination purposes on below:

I checked the Bureau of Land Management database of land patents issued under the Homestead Act. I found a George L. Yeager being issued land in 1931 and 1939 in Pondera County, but per above, wrong person. Other land issued to George Yeager's were prior to 1920 when the family was in Wyoming. No Yeager found in Lake County receiving land.

In the 1930 Census, other than finding son George, I could not find George and Katherine in Lake County using ANY technique (first name only, Russia only, year of birth plus/minus 5 years, etc.). The 1930 Census showed 9,690 persons enumerated; but with the size of the county, possible absences due to travel, missed farms/residences by the enumerator, it is very easy to not have them found. I quite often run into missing persons in the 1930 census, especially in Montana.

I checked online books and other references, genealogical websites, cemetery transcription sites (cemetery transcriptions across the country are either not done, incomplete, etc.). Also did some checking on immigration for Yeager, Yager, Yaeger, Jaeger, etc., Georg, George, Jorge, etc. There is very limited genealogical activity in Lake County. I aso did some immigration records looking for their arrival in the US, but nothing found.

You have Katherine Hoffman married 4 times...this is incorrect...she was only married ONCE to George Yeager..
George & Katherine's dau. Katherine was Married 3 times..1..Kindsfather, 2..Unknown (child went by Yeager...3...Moraca...4 Dinsmore.

Have aquired both George's & Katherine death certs. from Lake Co.
Katherinew died 3 Sept. 1958 Lake co., MT.

I found the Brauer Family Tree, trees.ancestry.com/tree/4375779/person/-1609681670 and Katherine Hoffman actually was married four times.

In 1920 Kathrine was living in Milliken, Weld Co., Colorado.
Henry Kindsfather b. Siberia, Russia, 20, immigrated 1900, naturalized 1905, general farm laborer.
Kathrine Kindsfather, b. all the same except she was 16.

However the Brauer Family Tree says she married Jacob Kindsfather (b. 23 July 1906, Marienfeld, Russia and d. 13 March 1938, Thermopolis, Wyoming, USA) on 2 Dec 1923 but location not listed.

I don't know much about Wyoming but you can do a Google search for the local library in Thermopolis and find out if they have an obituary service.

They had children.

They divorced in 1926 and no location listed.

Then she married Michael Moraca (born 10 Sept. 1904 Bianchi, Cosenza, Calabria, Italy and died 1 Feb. 1979 Missoula, Missoula, Montana, USA) on 2 Jan 1930 Missoula, Missoula, MT. Source=Brauer Family Tree, trees.ancestry.com/tree/4375779/person/872234381 .

In 1930 Katherine and family were living in Missoula, Missoula, MT.
