We are looking for the origins of our grandfather known by us as Robert David Nicholson but this was not his original name. Holloway and Littlefield are other names we have heard associated with him. He may have been born in Baker, Oregon or the Baha peninsula in Mexico. He was supposed to be part Yaqui Indian and Mexican. Our birthdate we have for him is 1897. He spoke fluent Spanish and English. He travelled the rodeo circut in the US. He also took heards of horses across the border from Canada to the US. He came to Canada about 1920 where he settled in Saskatchewan and married our grandmother. They moved to BC about 1932. Any possible leads would be much appreciated.
