Yes, they are going to make extra copies, but I believe you have another week to get the early bird discounted price.

I mailed my form in, so I can't share the name and addreess, but if you go to the Tarvin website, I am sure Gary Hoffman can set you up. Be aware that my FTM maker was one version newer than the authors and all my cool information and sources for my research did not get passed on to the file. Heartbreaking, really, but what can you do?

Hi all I got a letter for the tarvin book and happened upon this. Some how Im trying to connect to the house of Charlemagne on the mann side. With Col. Gerard Fowke. Never know what you find. Sincerely Craig Zimmerman Windom. My Grandma was Emma Grace Haeska Grace Manns daughter who married George Daniel Zimmerman. Are they going to make extra copies of the Tarvin book Sabrina line.

Hi, my dad, John Xavier Huttinger of Allegheny Pa, passed away Feb 14th 2013 and I am renewing the search for his family. He was named John Xavier Lawrence Huttinger Jr. Born 6/04/1928, passed 2/14/2013. Brothers include Eugene and Robert. Step brothers Bill Wallace. half brother Lonnie Hovis. There were older half brothers Maurice, Norbert, half sister maybe Louise. Mom was Ethel Loretta Drake, dad was John X Huttinger.

Huh? Question was re who were Joanna's parents - not about who Harold lived with - right? There could be more than one Harold-and-Betty. The obit had info that confirmed we'd found the right set of parents for Joanna. Anyway, you're welcome and thanks for sharing your family history hunt!

Thanks for the info. Christian was my grandfather. He left when my mother was born and his wife died. No one heard about him for years until he showed up in Butte Mont. at an older daughters. The children had all been adopted out. My mother never talked much about him , but as I got older I always wondered. He had left Butte and went to Great Falls MT where his son Alvin. I found out that's where he died and is buried. I will look at your tree also. Vonnie

Ok Thanks. Now it makes sense. Michael Hoffman was my Grandmothers uncle. I never met him. I also have not/ & don't plan on doing anything more on him as he isn't in my direct ancestry line. Had to keep my research in the direct line as there are way too many relatives to include everyone. I haven't looked at my grandmother's family info for a while, but believe that I do have Michael's family info listed, just for family info. If I can help you with any family info, my e-mai is tra8945@aol.com. I haven't belonged to ancestry.com for a couple of years as I have finished ALL my family research.

Oh course there are lots of Vollum's still living.

However if the children were girls they married and changed their surnames.

Also Peter & Martha Nelson Vollum- never even used the Surname "Vollum" until after 1915 in Loan Cavalier ND.

Peter& Martha were both from Ringbu Oppland Norway- I think thwe first 4 children were all born in Ringbu Norway.

Peter had a brother Chris and also a son Christ( married- Gunda Olson)

Michael Hoffman was married to Florence Greten, daughter of Nicholas and Annie Greten, right? My Helen Greten was her sister ! Helen was married to Joseph Dunn.

Helen is not listed in it because she was already married and out of the house.
