Where would I be most likely to find a marriage certificate for my Grandparents. They were married in 1902 or 1903, I presume in Ekalaka. Their names were Richard Ferguson and Margaret Munro daughter of Roderick Munro. Any direction would be appreciated. Thank you Terrie
