Can anyone tell me where, in 1870, the 2nd Ward East was located? Also in 1870, where Subdivision 71, Ward 3 would have been. There are no street names on the 1870 census that I can see. These are in the City of St. Louis, and I am thinking near Soulard or somewhere in South City. Also, was there a street named Carondelet in the same area and was that street renamed something else?
