I'm looking for information on Richard Elmer Foster or his father, James Allen Foster who was killed by a train while walking on the railroad tracks somewhere in St. Louis, Missouri. Richard Elmer Foster lived and died in Wayne County, Missouri and was married to Mahalia Anne Boatwright. Their children are: Peggy, Leonard, Ernest, Pauline, Lou, Bucile, Laura, James, and Faye.
