Sally Duckworth was the sister to my g-grandfather, Jacob Hale Cox. There was another sister as well but I will have to look through my records to find her name. Sally was a nickname. If you look up the "Middleton family tree" in Texas or the Mary Arizona Middleton name you can find more info. Thanks for your help.
