I am trying to find a birth record or certificate for my grandmother.
Her name is Ethel Irene Barter--she was born in Puxico, Stoddard County, Missouri. She was born December 23, 1907. Her father was William Hobart Barter. Her mother was Flora Estelle Dabbs. William Hobart and Flora Estelle were married in Dexter, Stoddard Co., Missouri on January 14, 1906. A copy of the marriage licenses would be great also. Actually any information on these people would be greatly appreciated.
