I'm looking for the obituary for Johanna L. Tiggard (nee Baquet). It first appeared in the paper on January 3, 1944. The burial permit was for 1/6/1944.
She was the daughter of Cicero Baquet.
Wife of Fred Tiggard and mother of at least Harry Tiggard.
