Joseph Braun b/1798 said Austria was found in St Louis, MO 1860 with wife Franciska b/1823 said Boden. The noted children Christ 1850, Joseph N. 1856, Julius 1860. By 1880 Joseph was dead and Franciska widowed was living with son Julius and children Alois 1863, Agnes 1860. Joseph N. Braun later married Margaret Rodeman b/1862 MO and they removed to Stearns & Benton Co., MN. Children Henry 1893 m Alma Kaufman, Anna 1902, Peter 1905, William J. 1898.
