Looking for information on the Hermann Schaefer family. Hermann was born in Aug 1840 in Bavaria. He immigrated as a teen in 1854. He married Barbara Schubert or Schwanter before 1866, possibly in Missouri. Their children were George (1867 - Mo), Ann Marie (10 Jul 1870 - St. Louis, Mo), Barbara Eva (24 Dec 1872, St. Louis), Herman George (13 Oct 1876, St. Louis) and Julius G. (19 Dec 1878 - St. Louis). The parents, Herman and Julius are buried in Saints Peter and Paul's Roman Catholic Cemetery, in Saint Louis, Missouri. Ann, Barbara and Herman all settled in Los Angeles County, California. Any information, especially on their marriage, is appreciated.
