CAMPBELL of Flat River passed away Thursday afternoon while being taken to the
Bonne Terre Hospital for treatment. She had been ill for several weeks with a complication of diseases. Funeral services were held at the Esther Methodist Church, of which she was a member, Sunday at 12 o'clock, by her former teacher and a friend of her family through four generations, Rev. J. W. McKinney of Esther, assisted by her pastor, Rev. M. A. Myers. Burial was in the Little
Vine Cemetery near

Ethel Irene, daughter of Edward P. and the late Dora D. Arenz, was born on February 20, 1892, near Bismarck, Mo., and died on January 18, 1940, at the age of 47 years 10 months 28 days. She was united in marriage on Oct. 11, 1911, to Arthur Lee
CAMPBELL, who preceded her in death eleven years. To this union were born nine children, one dying in infancy. Those surviving are: Geraldine (Mrs. Elmer)
