Clarence C. Calvert, 85, of Bonne Terre [St. Francois County, MO], passed away Jan. 15, 2002, at St. Joe Manor. He was born May 27, 1916, in Bonne Terre, son of the late Clarence and Belle (Pratt) Calvert. Also preceded by one sister, Roxy Krout; one brother, Ronald "Shorty" David.
He is survived by his wife, Myrtle (Scott) Calvert of Bonne Terre; one son, LeeRoy Calvert and wife, Joyce of Bonne Terre; two daughters, Billie, Mrs. Mike Sheeran of San Angelo, TX and Ethel, Mrs. Steve Foster of Oldsmar, FL; three grandchildren: Paul and Lisa Klesch of St. Louis; Jeff and Lana Calvert of Jackson, TN and Doug and Susan Calvert of Bonne Terre; one great-granddaughter, Christine Elizabeth Calvert of Bonne Terre.
Visitation 5 p.m. Thursday at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home, Bonne Terre. Funeral services 11 a.m. Friday at C.Z. Boyer and Son Chapel with Rev. W. Carl Wright officiating. Burial in Bonne Terre Cemetery. Memorials may be made to HospiceCare.
