Survivors: Parents, Christopher Lynn and Melissa (Kay) Callaway, Park Hills; grandparents: Teddy and Leora Kay, Fredericktown, Terry and Valaria Callaway, Leadington; great-grandparents: Leatha Weatherington, Fredericktown, Aldine Russell, Park Hills; aunts and uncles: Danny and Laurinda Kay, Fredericktown, Corey Callaway, Leadington; cousins: Emilee and Hunter Kay, Fredericktown; several great-aunts, great-uncles and cousins.

Visitation, Sunday, 2 p.m. and funeral 3 p.m. at Taylor Funeral Service Chapel, Farmington, Rev. Tommy Fults officiating. Interment, Libertyville Christian Cemetery.
