ROBERT LEE CAMPBELL
Robert Lee CAMPBELL, son of the late Robert A. and Mary Ellen Crump CAMPBELL, was born in Bonne Terre, Missouri on November 13, 1877, and passed away at his home, 491 E. Main, Flat River, on September 15, 1947, aged 69 years, 19 months and 2 days.
On December 25, 1902 he was united in marriage to Dora Elizabeth Aberle, who survives. He also leaves two sons, Robert CAMPBELL of Bonne Terre and Ralph CAMPBELL of Flat River. A daughter, Leona, died at the age of two years.
Besides his wife and sons his passing is mourned by a sister, Mrs. Myrtle Oaker, two brothers, Eugene CAMPBELL of Arizona and Elmer CAMPBELL of Arkansas, and five grandchildren, Marilyn, Robert, Virginia, Norma Jean and Ralph, Jr., together with two daughters-in-law, other relatives and a wide circle of friends.
Funeral services were held Thursday afternoon at the First Baptist Church conducted by his pastor, Rev. Arthur R. Hicks, and interment was in the Bonne Terre Cemetery. Alvin Hood Service.
