FARMINGTON — Howard Wayne Francis, formerly of Park Hills, passed away on February 12, 2008 in Colorado Springs, CO at the age of 52 years. He was born on August 13, 1955, at Bonne Terre, the son of the late Glen and Thelma (Adams) Francis. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Bertha Faulkner.

He is survived by his wife, Jeannie (Reynolds) Francis of Park Hills, twin sons, Geno Francis (Melissa), of Potosi, and Gary Francis of Park Hills, a daughter, Shawnya Blankenship (Mike) of Park Hills, two sisters, Thelma Stewart (Paul) of Bloomfield, IN, and Avis Brooks of Farmington. a brother, Glen Oliver (Barbara) of Poplar Bluff, and six granddaughters.

A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, March 1 at the Church on the Hill, 10193 Riverton Rd., Potosi, MO 63664. Memorials may be directed to the family. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Cozean Memorial Chapel.
