ALMA AGNEW SERVICES TUESDAY

Alma Inez Agnew, of Route 1, Bonne Terre, born June 7, 1898 in Bonne Terre, the daughter of the late John Karsch and Rosa Johnson Karsch, and died Sept. 23 at her home at the age of 69 years.

Surviving are her husband, Thomas H. Agnew of Route 1, Bonne Terre, and one son, Howard Pape of Richmond, Va.; two grandchildren, Roxanna Pape and Tandaleigha, Mrs. William Hero of Richmond, Va.; one sister, Mrs. Hazel Klann, of Carleton, Mich.; several nieces and nephews and six step-children, Preston Agnew, of Desloge; Nadine, Mrs. Wayne Taylor of St. Louis; Leroy Agnew of Desloge; Bertha May, Mrs. Ralph Midgett, of Manchester; and Robert E. Agnew of the U.S. Navy, stationed near Memphis, Tenn.; and six step-grandchildren.

Services were conducted Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. at the Caldwell Chapel, with the Rev. Herman Skaggs officiating. Interment was in Parkview Cemetery under the direction of the Caldwell Funeral Home in Flat River.
