Jack L. Campbell, 73, of Park Hills died Sept. 13, 2002, at St. Louis University Hospital. He was born January 23, 1929 in St. Louis.
He was a member of East Side Church of God, Leadwood and delivered the Post Dispatch for 30 years.
He was preceded in death by parents, William M. Campbell and Versa Ferguson Campbell; and brother, Buford Ligue.
He is survived by sister, Virginia, Mrs. Edward McCann of La.; special niece, Betty, Mrs. Bill Stokes, Park Hills; five nephews, Darrell Ross, Leadwood, Ervin Stokes, Mitchell, Shawn Stokes and Chris Stokes, Wortham, Chuck Stokes, Mitchell; two cousins, Maxine McClanahan, Esther, Eileen, Mrs. Earl Brant, Kansas.
Visitation is Sunday at 6 p.m. at C.Z. Boyer and Son, Desloge. Services are Monday at 2 p.m. Sept. 16 at C.Z. Boyer and Son Chapel, Desloge with Rev. J.C. Moore officiating. Interment is at Mitchell Cemetery.
