Moreane M. Asbridge of Park Hills passed away Wednesday, July 17, 2002, at Mineral Area Regional Medical Center.

She was born July 7, 1912 at Esther, Mo. She was preceded in death by parents, Walter and Frances Burgess Cummings and one brother and one sister. Also husbands, Edward DeGrant, Rev. Herman Skaggs and Oran Asbridge and step-daughter, Rosemary Crader.

Survived by one daughter, Shirley and husband James F. Smith, of Lake George, Colo.; one son, Larry and wife Arnetta DeGrant of Park Hills; step-daughter, Pamela Block of Illinois, six grandchildren, 7 step-grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and 11 step-great-grandchildren and three great-great- grandchildren. Also, other relatives and friends survive.

She was a member of Elvins Christian Church.

Visitation at the Horton-Wampler Funeral Home after 5:30 p.m. Thursday. Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at the Horton-Wampler Memorial Chapel with Rev. Tim Evans officiating. Burial at the Parkview Cemetery.
