My research of the Cathey family of Pettis Countyshows WILLIAM HENRY CATHEY (b 1824 in Cooper County, Missouri & died 11/06/1862 in Pettis County, Missouri) married NANCY OWENS DRISKELL (b 01/01/1827 in Caswell County, NC & died 06/1902). They were married in Morgan County, Missouri on 04/01/1846.

NANCY OWENS DRISKELL was the daughter of the REVERAND SAMUEL DAVIS DRISKELL (b 12/10/1799 in Rockingham County, NC & died 12/27/1870 in Pettis County, Missouri) & ISABELLA DUDLEY (b 12/22/1799 in Campbell County, Virginia & died 07/26/1873 in Pettis County, Missouri). Samuel & Isabella were married 04/20/1820 in Caswell County, NC. (Note: I would appreciate information on other children that they had.)

Reverand Samuel Davis Driskel was the son of MOSES DRISKELL. I have no name for the wife of Moses, but that she was born in Virginia or Maryland in 1770. She died in 1832 in Caswell County, NC.

This isn't much, but hopefully, it at least gives you some dates and places on the Reverand himself.
