Any information on William THOMPSON and his family appreciated. William was born in 1889. His family is recorded in Pemiscot County in Virginia Township in the 1920 census. While he died in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas, in 1938, he was buried in Braggadocio.

William's parents were James and Sallie THOMPSON, and the family apparently moved from Tennessee and then back and forth between Missouri and Arkansas. James was dead by 1900 when his widow was recorded with her children in Lawrence County, Arkansas. However, she was back in Little Prairie Township in Pemiscot County in the 1910 census, remarried to Daniel RUMINER (maybe spelled wrong, census handwriting difficult to read).

Siblings of William THOMPSON include Thomas (b. 1881), Minnie (b. 1885), Luther (b. 1886), Florence (b. 1891), Bertha (b. 1892), and John (b. 1895).
