I am descendent of Mary Cook born in 1813 in North Carolina who first married William Price born ca 1805 and died in 1838 in Buncombe, North Carolina. Mary was a widow with six children who then married Wilson Sharp in 1842. Mary then had an additional six children including Maryann Amanda Sharp, and Charlotte Matilda Sharp. I have traced the Cook/Price/Sharp family from North Carolina, Missouri, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas.
