I saw this message today and was wondering if you might have information on the father of Alston KENNEY. All I have is that John W. KENNEY & Catherine WEEMS were his parents. I have more on Catherine Weems family but none on John Kenney’s. Catherine’s family does connect to my family of Kenneys but I’m trying to see if John is a direct connection.

My Kenney’s start with James Kenney & Margaret Collett. Their 3rd child, James, married Elizabeth Weems who is the daughter of James Weems & Hanna Yates. James is the son of John Abraham Weems & Catherine Goodwin. John Abraham & Catherine had another son, John Abraham who married Susan Sarah Jones and they had a daughter, Catherine who married John W. Kenney and they had Alston. If John connects with my Kenney’s, I have no idea. If you can help it would sure be appreciated.
