I'm looking for information and an obit on Frank S. Byrne. Frank was born Mar 23, 1831 in Ireland and passed away Feb 16, 1900 somewhere in Newton County, Missouri. I'm sorry, I don' t know the town where he died so I know this makes it a little more difficult. I would appreciate any help.
