Has anyone found Samuel T. Reed's (1795-1865) parents? I have been searching for along time, but have no definite ideas yet.

There is a Samuel and Hannah Reed that lived in Ohio before 1800. They were from Sussex Co, Delaware and had a son about 1799. Samuel died early and Hannah raised their children. There is no will or probate for Samuel. Hannah raised the children and was living near other families by the last name of Turner. Maybe this is the same family of Reeds.

The Reed family in Sussex Co, Delaware are saying that they are Delaware Indians. Delaware Indians are also very light complexed and may have passed as white.
