Mrs. Hannah Correll died at her residence in the Southwest part of the city, Saturday April 11th 1897 at the age of 70 years 7 months and 15 days.
Mrs. Correll moved to Princeton about 1857 or 1858 and has resided here continuously. Her husband died in the service in 1862, leaving her with two children, a son and a daughter. She never remarried, but devoted her life to her children. Her son left in the 70's for the West and never returned, neither did he write to his mother or sister; this worried mother Correll untill at times she became almost prostrated. Her daughter Anna Louisa married George Henry Byrd Dull, and since her marriage the old lady has lived with her daughter. She was sick for seven weeks, during which time she suffered intensely.
Funeral services were held at the cemetery Monday evening at 3:30 conducted by Elder J. M. Hayes, after which her remains were interred at their last resting place. The relatives have sincere sympathy
