Have you heard of a Frozene Bernier, who would have been married to Louis LaChance. Thanks Brenda

B.

Was Louis born in Arkansas? I read through some of your other postings. If hew was born in Arkansas, it's possible he could be one of Jean Baptiste Caillot dit LaChance's children.

I don't know if you've seen his Louis' original marriage record to Frozine. It's also possible that if you were to obtain this it might list who their parents were if they were married by the Catholic Church.

One of the challenges is that there were so many Louis' born to the Caillot dit LaChance's attaching them can be difficult.

Mary Emily Polete is listed in the MO death certificates as Mary Emily Polite. She died 6 Jul 1919. Informant was her son, Gus

Celeste is listed in the MO death certificates online. She is listed as Celeste T. McDowell. She died in St. Michael, Madison Co., MO. She is listed as buried in "Fredericktown". There is a little blurb on her death in the US GenWeb St. Francois Co., MO Obituary Archives at http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~mackley/Li... and it has her burial as Calvary Cemetery.

I see where Mary Josephine Polete is listed as buried in Calvary Cemetery with her mother, Mary Emily Polete/Polite. Does anyone have a death date for her? I can't find her in the death certs online or the St. Francois obits. She apparently died before Eliza Emily did in 1947, as there are no sisters listed as survivors in her obituary. Also, does anyone know where Josephine is in 1880? I see her with the family in the MO State Census for 1876, and then she's living with Gus after 1880, but was wondering where she was.

Judea Polete

I can find evidence of the children listed except for Judea. Do you know anything more? Did he die young? I didn't see him in the 1876 MO State census.

I don't have the dates with me, but Mary Josephine Polete was the mother of Emily Polete.

I can get back with you later this evening.

If you are still looking for information on Pete and Ella Richardson, I have Ella's side. I remember her very well as she was my father's niece.
