I am looking for all Drewel families that you can find. My great great grandfather Ernst Drewel (possibly Heinrich Ernst) was born on 19 May 1842, in Germany and immagrated to Franklin County. There were a few Drewel groups that came over at about the same time and I am trying to determine who they were and what (if any) relationship they were to each other. My line continued in the Labadie area, another in the Gerald, Belle, Owensville area, and possibly another group in the Troy, MO area. I am creating family trees for all of these groups because we believe that there is a strong possiblity that having come from the same part of Germany at the around the same time that we all have a common ancestor.

Any information you can provide will be greatly appreciated. Other surnames in my line are Feldmiller, Althoeffer (or Althoffer both with Umlat over the o), Berleman, and Lawson.
