I am also interested in information regarding these mines. My Great Grandmother Betty Clark (originally Betty Attwood) who recently passed always talked about the coal mines that my great great grandfather owned in Lexington, MO up until he lost them during the Great Depression. Apparently they also owned a beautiful Victorian house that I would like to see if it still stands today.
