I'd like to hear from anyone that has the name Bennett in their family. They would have been in the Lafayette Co., Mo. area from about 1880 until about 1950. H.J. Bennett and his wife Permelia Stanfill had 8 children that lived to marry.

Amanda Bennett married William Leftridge (his 2nd marriage)
H.J."Jack" Bennett married Dora Watkins, a widow
William Bennett married Lula Simmons (our line)
