I am looking for my grandmother's birth certificate or some sort of records of her birth. Her name is Eva Lewis; I don't believe she had a middle name. She died in 1965 in Washington state. She was born in Avilla, MO, on July 30, 1897. I believe her mother was Mattie Lewis, who was married to William H. Lewis in January 7, 1885. We have no record of Mattie Lewis past 1885. I would like to find out when and where she died as well.
