I have been trying to find any info on Friedrich Mensing.Born April 27,1832-July 4,1897. Married Wilhelmina Koop in 1856. Lived in Hardin County, Iowa [Alden}and is buried there. I can't even find a death cert.His son, Dietrich was my ggrandfather [April 29 1868-Dec.1937] Any info anyone one can share would be great.
