      <description>James Harold Turner of St Clair was born on Nov 17,1937 at Chaffee, MO, the son of Mela Jo Turner nee Sales and the late James Homer Turner.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;On Dec 18, 1957, he was united in marriage to Myrna Sue Beaver and two children came to bless this union. Jim, as he was known by most, died at Washington on April 1, having reached the age of 54.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;He is survived by his wife Myrna Turner, nee Beaver of St Clair; by one son Jeffrey Turner and wife Valerie of Edwardsville, IL; by one daughter, Patricia Turner of St Clair; by his mother Melba Turner of Dyer, TN; by his mother-in-law Beatrice Beaver of Aurora, MO; and by two sisters, Betty Ruth Barron and Kay Payne and husband James, all of dyer, TN.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Jim was a member of the First Baptist Church of St Clair. He had been employed by the Missouri State Highway Patrol for the last 27 years, and was currently a supervisor-inspector of the Motor Vehicle Inspection Division. He enjoyed many hobbies and interests during leisure times and especially enjoyed hunting, fishing, and gardening.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Funeral services were held April 3 at the First Baptist Church in St Clair with the Rev Raymond Laramore officiating. committal services were held Saturday, April 4, at Maple Park Cemetery, Aurora, MO, with Rev Frank Childers officiating.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Memorials may be made to the building fund of the first Baptist church of St Clair.       <description>Hadley C. Fink was born March 11, 1910, at Jeffriesburg, the son of the late Conrad Louis Fink and his wife, Emilie (nee) Wilmesherr, and died on Tuesday, May 17, at the age of 84.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;He received his schooling at the Oak Grove School.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;He served his country in the United States Army and was held as a prisoner of war for five months. On Dec. 21, 1946, he was united in marriage to Clara Lindeman at Zion United Church of Christ and they made their home on the family farm, which he had farmed his whole life.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;He was instrumental in starting the R-10 Grade School, which is now known as Beaufort Elementary.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;He was baptized and confirmed and a member of St. Jordan's Church at Beaufort, and served on the church board, holding various offices. He was a member of the American Legion. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, Nova Fink and Verna Weirich and one brother, Homer Fink.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;He is survived by his wife, Clara Fink of Beaufort; one son, John Fink and his wife, Mary of Beaufort; one daughter, Barbara Hoeft and her husband, Doug of Union; four grandchildre, Jenny and Penny Fink and Doug and Derek Hoeft; three sisters, Edna Krekemeier of Union; Wally Helm and Helen Kossman, both of Washington; two brothers, Gilbert Fink of Union; and Conrad "Jim" Fink of Beaufort.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;After Thursday evening visitation at the Oltmann Funeral Home in Union, funeral services were held on Friday, May 20, at 11 a.m. from the St. Jordan's Church at Beaufort, by the Rev.       <description>Edna M. Osiek was born on Feb. 15, 1920, at Chaffee and died on May 16, as the result of an auto accident. She reached the age of 74.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Her parents were Pias Harr and his wife, Martha, nee Morrison.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;She was united in holy matrimony to Hillard W. Osiek on Nov. 17, 1950. Following their marriage, they resided in St. Louis until coming to Leslie to make their home in 1953. Her husband preceded her in death on May 9, 1974.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Surviving are her brother-in-law, Norman W. Osiek, of Leslie; adopted son and daughter-in-law James and Bonny Lang of St. Louis; a grandson, Steven J. Lang of St. Louis; five great-grandchildren.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Funeral services were held on Thursday, May 19, at the Oltmann Funeral Home in Gerald at 10:30 a.m. with the Rev. Herman A. Downing was born November 12, 1915, at Clarkson, the son of the late Lymond Jack Downing and his wife, Maggie Gallysun Downing and passed away on Sunday, May 15, 1994, at the age of 78 years. He received his schooling at&lt;br&gt;Clarkson. He worked in the Bakery of the Miss Hulling's Cafeteria for 24 years, until he was forced to retire, due to health reasons in 1977. On April 19, 1990 he was united in marriage to Marie German. He was preceded in death by one son, Larry Downing and by three brothers and three sisters.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;He is survived by his wife, Marie Downing of Pacific; two sons, Jerry Downing and his wife, Sharon of Pacific; Donnie Downing and his wife, Joyce, of New Castle; two daughters, Shirley Terranova and her husband, Joe of Florissant; Doris Funson and her husband, John of Union; twelve grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Funeral services were held on Tuesday, May 17, 1994 at 11:00 a.m. from the Oltmann Funeral Home in Union by Rev. Kampen was born May 13, 1941, at Washington, the son of the late Edgar Kampen and his wife, Dorothy Helling Kampen and died on Monday, May 16, at the age of 53.&lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt;He received his schooling at Union, and graduated from Union High School in 1959.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;On Feb. 12, 1966, he was united in marriage to Juanita Wildhaber at St. John's Lutheran Church at Beaufort, and two children were born to this marriage.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;He worked for Kellwood Manufacturing in New Haven, for 23 years and was presently employed at East Central College in Union since 1989. He was a member of the Beaufort Lions Club and Union Moose Lodge.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;He is survived by his wife, Juanita Kampen of Beaufort; one son, Danny Kampen of Beaufort; and one daughter, Lisa Kampen of Beaufort.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Funeral services were held on Thursday, May 19, at 2 p.m. from the Oltmann Funeral Home at Union, by the Rev.       <description>Otto C. Young was born at Jeffriesburg, Mo., on August 15, 1899, the son of the late Jacob Young and his wife, Tillie C. Angerer, and passed away at the Cedarcrest Nursing Home in Washington, Mo., on October 11, 1986, in his 88th year.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;In infancy he was baptized in the St. Jordan's Evangelical Church and later was confirmed in that same church. He received his schooling here and grew to young manhood in this area. On September 1, 1926 he was united in marriage to Miss Irene Barlage. They made their home here in Union, Mo., and seven children were born to this marriage. Mr. Young was an insurance agent and also sold investments and securities for many years. For eight years he served as the Franklin County Assessor. He was a member of the Zion United Church of Christ of Union and served on the church council and other offices of the church. He was a member of the Union Masonic Lodge No. 593 and the Naomi Chapter, Eastern Star No. 296.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;He was preceded in death by a son, Kermit Young, in 1955; and by his wife, Irene, on August 15, 1970.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;On June 16, 1971, he was united in marriage to Bonnie Schroeder and they made their home here in Union, Mo.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Mr. Young was also preceded in death by two brothers, Emil Young and Oscar Young; and by two sisters, Alma Boehmer and Violet Barlage; also by a son-in-law, Rev. Elmo Ellerbrake.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Those who survive are his wife, Bonnie Young of Union, Mo.; two sons, Marvin Young and his wife, Sue, of St. Louis, Mo. and Otis Young and his wife, Rowena, of Lincoln, Nebraska; four daughters, Doris Moye and her husband, Howard, of Worthington, Ohio, Lorene Ellerbrake of Syracuse, Nebraska, Sally Westermeyer and her husband, Paul, of Villa Park, Illinois, and Sandra Burke of Mt. Vernon, Ilinois; two step-children, Ann Campbell and her husband, Colin, of Union, Mo. and Gene Schroeder and his wife, Loretta of Gerald, Mo.; twenty-one grandchildren and four step-grandchildren; sisters-in-law; brothers-in-law; nieces; nephews; and many other relatives and friends.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;After resting in state at the Oltmann Funeral Home in Union, funeral services were held on Tuesday, October 14, 1986 from the Zion United Church of Christ in Union at 10:30 a.m. by Reverend John Stevesand.       <description>Leona Webb was born at Elmont on Oct. 12, 1897, the daughter of the late Henry Boettemueller and his wife, Allie Phillips Boettemueller, and passed away at the Sunset Nursing Home in Union on Saturday, Sept. 17, 1988, in her 91st year.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;She received her schooling in the Champion City area and grew to young womanhood there. On Feb. 28, 1914, she was united in marriage to Elijah Webb at Champion City.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;They made their home there until 1930 when they came to a farm at Union to live. Nine children were born to this union.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Mrs. Webb was employed at the Carmo Shoe Company in Union for a number of years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elijah Webb in 1962, also by four daughters, Wanda Lee in infancy, Faye Copeland, Ruth Pohlmann and Edna Klepper; and by one son, Raymond Webb.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Those who survive are four sons, Benton Webb and his wife, Elsie, Kenneth Webb and his wife, Rosemary, Glenn Webb and his wife, Betty, all  of Union, and Everett Webb and his wife, Violet of Beaufort; daughter-in-law Esther Webb and son-in-law Clifford Pohlmann, both of Union; one sister, Rilla Bartel of Union; 29 grandchildren, 60 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Funeral services were held on Monday, Sept. 19, from the Oltmann Funeral Home in Union at 1:30 p.m. by the Rev.       <description>Funeral services for Frank J. Waynick of Hermann were held Sunday, March 2, 1986, at Blumer Funeral Home in Hermann. Burial was in Oak Haven Memorial Gardens.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Mr. Waynick died February 27 at the Hermann Area District Hospital. He was 96 years old.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;He was born August 7, 1889, in Hickman county, Tennessee, son of John and Ellen (Hall) Waynick.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;March 2, 1912, he married Lela Pearl Hall.       <description>Louis William Varwig, husband of the late Louise Varwig, passed away on Monday, February 8, 1988 at the St. Clair Nursing Center, having reached the age of ninety-six years, four months and twwenty-five days. He was born on September 13, 1891 in St. Louis, Missouri, son of the late Henry Varwig and Wilhelmenia Schaper Varwig. On June 22, 1921 he was united in marriage to Miss Louise Schroeder and four children came to bless this union.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Surviving are two sons, Robert Varwig and wife, Jewel of Los Angeles, California, John Varwig and wife, Mildred of St. Louis, Mo., one daughter, Helen Bayless and husband, Bob of St. Clair, fourteen grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, a sister-in-law, Dorothea Corrigan of Minnesota, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his wife, Louise in 1977 and by a daughter, Margaret Kiestler in 1956.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Mr. Varwig was a Christian and a member of the St. John's United Church of Christ in St. Clair. He had served his Country in the U.S. Army during World War I. Upon retirement from the Varwig and Schmidt Produce Co. of St. Louis, Mo., in 1952, Mr. Varwig and his family had movd to the Anaconda area and later to St. Clair. Mr. Varwig enjoyed fellowshipping with fellow seniors at the St. Clair Senior Center when his health permitted.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;A kind and loving father, father-in-law, grandfather, uncle, brother-in-law, cousin and a cherished friend, he will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew him.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Funeral services were held Thursday, Friday 11, 1988 at 1 p.m. from the St. John's United Church of Christ in St. Clair, with Reverend Bruce Moeller officiating. Interment was in the Bethany Cemetery, St. Louis, Mo. Paul died at Washington on April 1, having reached the age of 69.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;He is survived by his wife, Treva Parks of St Clair; one son Tom Parks adn wife tina of St Clair; by one daughter Patti Parks of St Clair; by two grandchildren, Paige and Jordan Parks of St Clair; by one brother-in-law, Dallas "Chub" Lewis and wife Eleanore of St Clair; and by one sister-in-law Hildred Cheatham and husband Russell of St Clair.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Paul had moved to St Clair with his family as a young boy and graduated from St Clair High School. He was proud to have served his country during WWII in the US Marine Corps.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;In 1932, he founded R &amp;amp; R Store, then located on on Main Street. R &amp;amp; R Family Home Center, located on North Commercial, had been a part of his life for 60 years. Paul was very proud to be A St Clair merchant and this was evident by the many community activities and organizations he was involved in.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;He had served on the St Clair School Board for 15 years, serving as President for 12 years. He was a member and past president of the St Clair Lions club and Past member of the St Clair Volunteer fire Department, having served as treasurer. He was one of the founders and long-time member of the Greater Homes Board as well as a founder of the St Clair Booster Club which later became the St Clair Chamber of Commerce. He had been a member since 1947 and board member for 25 years of the Variety Distributers, Inc., a retail merchants organization.   &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Funeral services were held on April 5 at the russell Colonial Funeral Chapel with the Rev Richard Knudson and the Rev Leland Butler officiating. On Oct 3, 1942, she was united in marriage to Mr victor Klenke in St Cecilia's Church at Meta. They lived in St Louis for a few years and in 1947 they came to Union to make their home. Five children were born to this marriage.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Mrs Klenke was a member of the Immaculate Conception Church, the Daughters of Isabella and the Altar Sodality of the church.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;She was preceded in death by two brothers, Martin and Larry Stumpe, and by one sister, Martha Zaiz.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Those who survie are her husband Victor Klenke of Union; three sons, Kenneth Klenke and wife Diane of Gardner, KS, Allen Klenke and wife PAtsy of Union, and Randy Klenke and wife Debbie of Union; two daughters Eileen Webb and husband Paul of Union, and Bonnie Ennis and husband Rich of Union; 12 grandchildren, Susan, Lori Klenke, Curt and Brian Ennis, Shayla and Shad and Shannon Webb, Heather, Alesha, Nathan Sarah and Elizabeth Klenke: one brother, Henry Stumpe of Webb, IA; and two sisters, Agnes Toeniskoetter of Ballwin and Mildred Kennedy of Farmington, CT.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Funeral services were held on April 11 from the Oltmann Funeral Home in Union with funeral Mass from the Immaculate Conception Church in Union by Rev Ted Burghoff. On April 7, 1917, she was united in marriage to Walter L. Stephens at Clayton, Mo. They made their home in Franklin County and in 1965 they came to Union to live. Mrs. Stephens was a faithful and active member of the First Christian Church of Union. For the past several years she and her husband, Walter, had been active members of the Union Senior Center and enjoyed playing in their "Kitchen Band." This past April 11, 1987, the couple was privileged to celebrate their 70th wedding anniversary.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;She was preceded in death by a sister, Katherine Hamm.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Those who survive are her husband, Walter Stephens, of Union, Mo.; one niece, Mrs. Margaret Metcalf of Union; a number of great-nieces and great-nephews and other relatives and friends.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;After resting in state at the Oltmann Funeral Home, funeral services were held on Friday, Jan. 8, 1988,, from the First Christian Church in Union at 2 p.m. by the Rev. He died at St. John's Mercy Hospital in Washington Tuesday March 25, 1986. He was 87 years old.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;He received his schooling in Villa Ridge, and grew to young manhood there.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;October 1, 1941, he was united in marriage to Miss Viola Graser at St. John's Gildehaus church. They made their home in Union. Their marriage was blessed with two children.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Mr. Skornia was in charge of maintenance at the Immaculate Conception church and school for over 20 years. He was a member of the Immaculate Conception parish.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;He was preceded in death by two sisters, Mary Finder and Julia Skornia and three brothers, Joe, Phillip and Edward Skornia.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Those who survive are: his wife, Viola Skornia; two sons, Richard Skornia of St. Louis county and Mark Skornia of Washington; two daughters-in-law, Laverne Skornia and Jane Skornia; two grandchildren, Rich and Kelly Skornia; one sister, Regina Skornia of Villa Ridge; brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Funeral services were held on Thursday, March 27, from the Oltmann Funeral Home in Union, with a funeral service from the Immaculate Conception Church, by Rev. Farrow and Eliza Callahan Farrow.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;On Feb. 10, 1911, she was united in marriage to George Reed and eight children came to bless this union.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Surviving are her son, James "Skip" Reed and wife, Fern, of St. Clair; two daughters, Leona Gibson of St. Charles, and Carlys Smith and husband Harold, of Creve Coeur, Mo.; 20 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren; three daughters-in-law, Ruth, Elsie and Jeanette Reed; one son-in-law, Briant D. Coibion; nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Mrs. Reed was preceded in death by her husband, George W. She received her schooling and grew to young womanhood in Judge near Linn. On Feb. 28, 1915, she was united in marriage to Mr. Charles Robert Loyd by the groom's father, Boone R. Loyd, a justice of the peace. Since 1937 they had made their home on a farm near Union. Four children were born to this marriage. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Loyd, on June 9, 1961. Also by two sons, Milford Loyd in 1990 and Melvin Loyd in 1991; three brothers, William Branson, Stonewall Branson and Wayman Branson; four sisters, Rebecca Branson, Nellie Jane Branson, Florence Hassler, and Elsie Loyd; a son-in-law, Raymond Ross; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Those who survive are two daughters, Mamie Koseck and her husband, Walter, of Marissa, IL, and Myrtle Ross of Union; two daughters-in-law, Dora Loyd of Union and Rose Loyd of Beaufort; one sister, Katherine Yates of Marshall; and a sister-in-law, Bessie Branson of Jefferson City. In 1936, she was united in marriage to Mr Fred Copeland and they made their home here in Union.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;She had been employed in shoe work in Union for many years, working at the Brown Shoe Company and the Carmo Shoe Company.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;In 1959 she was married to Ernest Kenney and they made their home in Illinois for 17 years before returning to Union.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Mr Kenney preceded her in death in 1982. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Lucille Hoeft,a brother, Raymond Hoeft and a grandson, Kevin Winchester.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Those who survive are three daughters, Lois Thater and husband lee of Union, Wanda Gioffre and husband Jim of Oregon, OH, and Donna Giudici and husband David of Grandville, IL; one sister, Kathleen Kottmeyer of Union; two brothers, Charles Hoeft and Clarence Hoeft,both of Union; 10 grandchildren, Lynette Tappmeyer, Mark Thater, Beth, Barry, Bradley, Stephanie and roger Thater, Brian Grant, and Stacy and Jimmy Gioffre; and two great-grandchildren, Andrea Tappmeyer and Austin Thater.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Funeral services were held onApril 9 from the Oltmann Funeral Home in Union by the Rev David Brune. He died April 3 at the age of 91.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;In March of 1947 he was united in marriage to Neva Hart.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Surviving are his wife Neva Stricker of the Missouri Baptist Home in Ironton, MO.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, Agustave, Clifford, and Benny Stricker and five sisters, Emma Woodcock, Pauline Lack, Ida Shelton, Lucy Barlow, and Margaret Hults.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Mr Stricker had attended many churches and was a member of the Pacific Baptist church. He was also a member of the Maplewood Masonic Lodge. Elasco enjoyed gardening and travel but was best known for simply helping others. Before retirement, he had worked for the Terminal Railroad at Union Station for many years.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Funeral services were held on April 6 from Prospect Baptist Church with the Rev Earlwood Towne and the Rev Leroy Quinn officiating.  Interment was in the Prospect Cemetery, Lonedell. She died on April 2 at the age of 85.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;She was baptized and confirmed at the St Paul's United Church of Christ in Gerald.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;It was in the Gerald Public School where she received her elementary education. She was reared in the Gerald Area. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;On Nov 14, 1925, she was united in holy matrimony to Richard A Summers. four children, Bernice, Richard, Eugene,and Virgil were born to this union. They resided in St Louis until 1968 at which time they came to Gerald to make their home. While they were residents in St Louis they were members of the Eden United Church of Christ. Upon coming to Gerald, they transferred their membership to the St Paul's Church here.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Preceding in death, in addition to her husband, were a sister, Charlotte Miller and three brothers, Chester, Herbert, and Herman Grube.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Surviving are one daughter, Bernice Robinson and husband Duane of Eolia, MO; three sons Richard Summers and wife Martha of Crestwood, Eugene Summers and wife Shirley of Arnold, and Virgil Summers and wife Joyce also of Arnold; one sister, Amanda Grube of Gerald; 15 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Funeral services were held April 5, at the St Paul's United Church of Christ with the Rev Steven E Voelker officiating. Nevada died on April 4 at Hermann, having reached the age of two years.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;He is survived by his father, Steven Alexander of Rosebud; his grandparents, Charles Robert "Bob" Alexander and wife Brenda, and Gloria Garris, all of Marthasville;by his step-grandfather Louis Hemmann of Union; and by his great-grandparents Beulah Jones of St Clair and Clyde and Ethel Albright of Shreveport, LA. Nevada was preceded in death by his grandmother Joyce Hemmann.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Nevada, known by some as "Shane" was a very active, happy child. He loved to play with toy cars and spend time outside. Watching cartoons was a favorite Saturday morning pastime. Karen died at Hermann on April 4, having reached the age of 26.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;She is survived by her husband Steven Alexander of Rosebud; her father, Charles Robert "Bob" Garris and wife Brenda, and her mother Gloria Garris, all of Marthasville; her father-in-law, James Alexander and wife Shirley, of Festus; her step-father-in-law Louis Hemmann of Union; her grandparents, Beulah Jones of St Clair and Clyde and Ethel Albright of Shreveport, LA; four brothers, Robert Garris of Hermann, Thom Aholt of Ashland, NE, Tim Aholt and Coty Garris both of Marthaville; four sisters, Cheryl Norton and husband David of Longview, TX and Stephanie Aholt and Crystal and Alexis Garris, both of Marthasville.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Karen was joined in death by her son Nevada Shane Alexander, and preceded in death by her mother-in-law Joyce Hemmann.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Karen was employed by Handi Pac Corporation,a toy manufacturing company as an assembler. She enjoyed many hobbies and spent as much time outdoors as possible.       <description>Isaac Samuel Davis, known to all as Sam, 78, St. Clair, passed away Tuesday, June 4, 2013, in Sullivan. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Sam, son of the late Isaac Tennyson Davis and wife Elizabeth Jane, nee Watson, was born Jan. 9, 1935, in Centralia. He was united in marriage to Lela Goldie Brandenberg Feb. 1, 1953, and four daughters came to bless this union. On June 11, 1983, he was united in marriage to Frances Jane Gastler, nee Morris, and their families were joined as one.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Sam was a devoted Christian. From 1971 to 1983, he served as the minister of St. Clair Christian Church, St. Clair. He attended college, majoring in theology so he could better serve the Lord. Sam was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, St. Clair. During his working career, he was employed as a meat cutter for Schnucks, primarily at the Fenton store, retiring after more than 25 years of service. Sam had a variety of interests throughout his life, including fishing, collecting rocks, woodworking and spelunking. What meant most to Sam was time spent with his family. His children and grandchildren held a very special place in his heart, as he did in theirs. The love they shared and many precious memories they created will forever be cherished by them all.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Sam was preceded in death by his first wife, Lela Goldie Davis; parents, Isaac Tennyson and Elizabeth Jane Davis; and five sisters, Dorothy Reymer, Darlene Dodd, Cora Philbrick, Ramona McKenzie and Ruth Kilbourn.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;He is survived by his wife, Frances Davis, St. Clair; four daughters, Victoria Lovejoy, Jefferson City, Vannessa "Jackie" Griggs and husband Louis, St. Peters, Debbie Hooks and husband Clinton, St. Louis, and Melody Wishnask and husband Mark, St. Clair; three stepchildren, Charlotte Chandler and husband Carl, Kansas City, Charles Gastler and wife Glenda, Eureka, and Jason Gastler and wife Gina, Hazel Green, Ala.; two sisters, Mary Raleigh, O'Fallon, and Myrtle Jean Carter, Macon; 21 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; great- and great-great-nieces and -nephews; cousins; other relatives and many friends.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;A funeral service was held at 10 a.m. Friday, June 7, at Russell Colonial Funeral Home, St. Clair, with the Rev.       <description>Kenneth Raymond Hoffmeister, known to most as Kenny, 53, St. Clair, passed away Tuesday, June 4, 2013, at his home. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Kenny, son of the late Thomas Fredrick Hoffmeister and wife Patricia Clare, nee Ritter, was born Oct. 17, 1959, in St. Louis.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Kenny was a Christian and lifelong member of St. Clare Catholic Church, St. Clair. He also was a member of the Knights of Columbus Bishop Leo John Steck Council 4667, St. Clair, having reached the 3rd Degree. During Kenny's working career, he was employed as a custodian by the St. Clair Public Schools, as well as East Central College, Union. Kenny had a variety of interests throughout his life, including collecting comic books, reading old westerns and watching television, especially wrestling. He also loved dogs and cats. Kenny was a sports enthusiast, being a big fan of the St. Louis Cardinals, St. Louis Rams and the Mizzou Tigers. What meant most to Kenny was the time spent with his family. His brothers and sister held a special place in his heart, as he did in theirs. The love they shared and many precious memories they created will forever be cherished by all of them.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Kenny was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Fredrick and Patricia Clare Hoffmeister; and one infant sister, Sharon Hoffmeister.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;He is survived by three siblings, Kevin Hoffmeister, Pacific, Janet Hoffmeister and Mark Hoffmeister, both of St. Clair; aunts; uncles; cousins; and many friends.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Visitation was held from 3 to 8 p.m. Friday, June 7, with a rosary service at 7:30 p.m., at Russell Colonial Funeral Home, St. Clair. As a young man, he was united in marriage and blessed to have six children. On Sept. 3, 1976, he was united in marriage to Helen Linda Reagan, nee Herminghaus, known to all as "Penny." One child came to bless this union, and their families were joined as one.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Bernie was a Christian, believing in the Lord as his Savior. As a young man, he grew up attending Mount Zion Baptist Church, St. Clair. During his working career, he was employed by Clark &amp;amp; Son Well Drilling until 1975. Then he started his own business, Bernie Sohn Excavating, where he worked until his retirement. Bernie had a variety of interests throughout his life, including hunting and fishing. He was also passionate about drag racing cars. What meant most to him though was time spent with his family. His children and grandchildren held a very special place in his heart, as he did in theirs.       <description>Ralph Henry Spoede, 79, Warrenton, passed away Monday, June 10, 2013, with his wife and children by his side.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Ralph was born June 15, 1933, to Henry Spoede and wife Ruth, nee Nelson, in Warren County. He was the oldest of four children. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Married on June 9, 1956, Ralph enjoyed 57 years of marriage with his wife, Marjorie, nee Schmidt. They had four children, Mike Spoede and wife Sharon, Eric Spoede and wife Marilyn, Kathy Wolfe and husband Tim and Karen Casserly and husband Paul. They also have the love of 12 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Ralph joined the Navy following high school, after which he worked at McDonnell Douglas, retiring with 40 years of service. He loved airplanes, hunting, spending time at the cabin and taking rides around the countryside. Ralph was a member of the Warrenton Masonic Lodge 609, Grace Chapter 323 Order of Eastern Star, Warrenton VFW lodge and member of Schuetzenground. He was also a lifelong member of Friedens United Church of Christ, Warrenton.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Ralph is survived by his wife and family, including his youngest sister, Marlene Bayer. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Arlene Hoffman; and brother, John Spoede. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Visitation for Ralph H. Spoede will be held Thursday, June 13, from 4 to 8 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home, 510 E. Main, Warrenton, MO 63383. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Funeral services will be Friday, June 14, at Friedens United Church of Christ at 11 a.m. with burial to follow at Warrenton City Cemetery. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Memorial donations can be made to Friedens United Church of Christ, in care of Martin Funeral Home. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The family of Ralph H. She died peacefully in her sleep.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Naomi was born April 11, 1936 in Sullivan, MO to Carmen Etola Martin Cain and Leslie Cain. She was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers and her son, Douglas William Brisco.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Negial L. Brisco of Olive Branch, MS; her daughter, Ginny Brisco Willis of Southaven, MS; and six grandsons; Nick Willis of Olive Branch; Drew Willis of Olive Branch; Zach Willis of Southaven, MS; Matt Willis of Southaven, MS; Codey Dowling of Houston, TX and David McAlexander, USMC.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Naomi is also survived by three sisters; Frances Weber of St. Louis, MO; Elneda Manion of St. James, MO; and Peggy Prichard of Malden, MO; along with numerous nieces and nephews.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Naomi was an active member of Nesbit church of Christ. She was a retired Registered Nurse, having worked in geriatric healthcare many years. Naomi earned her R.N. at Baptist Hospital School of Nursing in Springfield, MO in 1957 and her B.S. from Drury College in Springfield, MO in 1960. She taught nursing at Deaconess Hospital and Lutheran Hospital in St. Louis. Naomi had worked as a nursing home administrator at privately owned nursing homes in the St. Louis area.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Naomi was a volunteer with the DeSoto County Sheriff’s Dept., was a fire commissioner for DeSoto county and a substitute teacher with DeSoto county schools.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;A memorial service was held at Nesbit church of Christ, Hernando, MS, on April 20, 2013.</description>

Steven was born on December 30, 1960 in Olean, NY to the late Otto and Shirley Post Elderkin.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Steven worked as a farmer throughout his life. He loved working with his hands and was an excellent mechanic. He enjoyed fishing and floating in his spare time and was a true friend to those he met; he was a very interesting and colorful character.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Steven is survived by two sons, Steven Elderkin and Nicholas Elderkin both of Florida; three step-sons Dell Baker, Jr., Leland Baker and Chad Baker; two brothers, Leo Elderkin of St. Louis and Eric Elderkin of PA and six sisters, Donna Clarke of Sullivan, Beverly Littler of Wellsville, NY, Ella Smith of Portville, NY, Janet Burroughs of Portville, NY, Barbara Callen of Buffalo, NY and Anne Struble of NY as well as a special nephew Steven Wakowitz.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;There are no services at this time, a service will be planned at a later date.</description>

      <description>Jimmie Dean Schmidt, of Sullivan, passed away on Saturday, April 19, 2013 at the SSM St. Clare Hospital in Fenton, Missouri at the age of 78 years.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Jimmie Dean was born February 7, 1935, near Sullivan to the late Charles and Maude (Blankenship) Schmidt.  He and Peggy Copeland were married June 18, 1955 in Sullivan and to this union four daughters were born.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Mr. Schmidt worked for several years as a lineman for the telephone company. For over forty years, he worked managing and running cattle farms in the Sullivan area. He served as a director for the Crawford Electric CO-OP and on the Board of Directors of the Farmers and Merchants Bank in St Clair, Missouri. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles and enjoyed the outdoors. He was an avid trail rider often riding his favorite horse, Spirit.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Mr. Schmidt is survived by his wife, Peggy, of the family home; by three daughters, Paula Erickson of Sullivan, Patricia Miller and husband, Ralph, also of Sullivan and Penny Schmidt of Cincinnati, OH; a brother, Eddie Gene Schmidt and wife, Verna, of Sullivan and a Sister Anita Cartwright of Sullivan.  He is also survived by a sister-in-law Hilda Schmidt of Sullivan and a brother-in-law Robert Stevens of Ft. Meyers, FL; along with eight grandchildren, Justin Hunt, Jessica Hantz, Jennifer Lively, Kristen Jannings, Brandon Erickson, Chad Fife, Cayli Miller and Bryndon Schmidt and six great-grandchildren: Addy Lively, Brayden and Noah Jannings, Hayden, Corbin and Colten Fife.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Mr. Schmidt was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter Pamela Schmidt, four brothers; Russell, Harold, Hadley and Roscoe Schmidt and two sisters; Ruth Stevens and Ava Owens&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Visitation for Mr. Schmidt was held on Monday, April 22, 2013 from 4 p.m. – 8 p.m. at the Eaton Funeral Home in Sullivan, MO.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Funeral services were conducted on Tuesday, April 23, 2013 at 10 a.m. at the Eaton Funeral Home with Pastor Kirk Parnell officiating. Gough, of Sullivan, MO, passed away on Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at Mercy Hospital, Washington, MO at the age of 86 years, 5 months and 15 days.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Mrs. Gough was born on November 9, 1926 in Texas County, near Kinderpost, MO, to the late Emmitt and Mae Buckner. She was raised in the Licking area and later moved to St. Louis, so that she could babysit for her brother’s children.  Maxine was later married to Richard Pilkenton and to this marriage three daughters were born. This marriage however, ended in divorce in 1962. In August of 1969, she was married to John B. Gough, Jr., making their home in St. Louis. Maxine taught Volleyball in an after school program, later was a cook at church and lastly, was a clerk at Sugar Creek Food Shop. Ten years ago she and John moved to the Sullivan area to make their home. Maxine found pleasure in embroidering and bowling. She was very family orientated and enjoyed time with her children and grandkids. Maxine was also an avid St. Louis Cardinals baseball fan. She was a member of Concord Baptist Church in St. Louis and a former member of Temple Baptist Church in Sullivan.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;She is survived by her husband, John B. Gough, Jr. of the family home; two daughters, Audrey Pappas and husband, William, of Wentzville, MO and Sandra Morrow and husband, Terry, of St. Louis, MO; two brothers, Leonard Buckner of St. Charles, MO and Lloyd Buckner of Rolla, MO; three sisters, Marie Thomas of Sullivan, MO, Helen Chapman of Sullivan and Lavern Sneed of Troy, MO; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Along with her parents, Maxine was preceded in death by a daughter and her husband, Shirley, and Gary Verble; two grandchildren, Heather and Colin Morrow; four brothers, Cecil, Alvin, Charles and Kenneth Buckner; and by one sister, Lillie Williams.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Funeral services were conducted 2:00 p.m., Saturday, April 27, 2013 from the Eaton Funeral Home in Sullivan with Pastor Kirk Parnell officiating. Interment was in Anaconda Cemetery, St. Clair, MO. Visitation was held on Friday, April 26, 2013 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 1:00 p.m. until time of service at 2:00 p.m. at the Eaton Funeral Home in Sullivan.</description>

Cuneio, of Sullivan, MO, passed away at Meramec Nursing Center on Friday, May 3, 2013 at the age of 97 years, 11 months and 27 days.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Mrs. Cuneio was born in Walnut, KS on May 12, 1915 to the late George and Lena (Ruwwe) Kleager. She was raised in the Japan and Tea areas near Sullivan in her youth. On October 14, 1933, she was united in marriage to Alva Cuneio in Union, MO and to this marriage a son, Jack, was born.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Mrs. Cuneio was employed, the majority of her life, in the shoe manufacturing industry. First, at International Shoe Company until her son was born, then later, at Midwest Shoe Company in Sullivan.  Esther was very family oriented and loved cooking for her family. She was also a talented seamstress and was fond of crocheting. Gardening was dear to her and her vegetables and roses where second to none. Esther was a long-time member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Sullivan Chapter #105 and Temple Baptist Church of Sullivan.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;She is survived by a son;  Jack Cuneio and his wife, Ann, of Sullivan; three grandchildren; Carmen Wacker and her husband, Dean, Chara Schatz and her husband, David, and Chuck Cuneio and his wife, Gwen, all of Sullivan; 9 great-grandchildren, Beau, Bria, Balor, David and wife, Stephine, Devon, Dana, Dailee, Ellie and Ava; a sister-in-law, Shirley Kleager;  other relatives and friends.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Along with her parents and husband; Esther was preceded in death by a great-grandson; Daniel Schatz; one brother, Ralph Kleager and a sister, Jewell Crowder and her husband, Virgil.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Funeral services were conducted at 11: 00 a.m., Monday, May 6, 2013 at Temple Baptist Church in Sullivan with Pastor G. Scott Perry officiating. Interment was in Odd Fellows Memorial Cemetery. Visitation was held Monday, from 9:30 a.m. until time of service, at 11:00 a.m., at Temple Baptist Church.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Temple Baptist Church Challenge to Build Fund. Funeral arrangements were under the care of the Eaton Funeral Home, Sullivan, Missouri.</description>

(Koelling) Hecht. On  July 30, 1955, in Sullivan, he was united in marriage to LaVerne Copeland. He was a member of the New Friendship Baptist Church near Gerald. He had served his country with the United Sates Navy during the Korean War and was  a member of the Gerald VFW Post.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;He was preceded in death by  a brother, Hadley Hecht.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;His survivors include his wife, LaVerne; children, Richard Hecht and Rhonda Barringhaus and husband Kirk all of Gerald; and by four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Funeral services were held on Saturday, May 25 at 11:00 a.m. at the Gottenstroeter Funeral Home in Gerald with Pastor Dennis Vickers officiating.  Burial was in the New Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery near Gerald with full military honors.</description>

      <description>Laurel L. “Lindy” Vidal, age 65 of Rockford, passed away at her home from Parkinson’s Disease on Wednesday, May 1, 2013, peacefully in the arms of her loving husband and children. She was born on July 14, 1947, in St. Louis, MO, the daughter of Jack and Wanda (Chiles) Sandberg. Lindy grew up in Sullivan, MO where she married Richard Vidal on October 6, 1973.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree at Drury College in Springfield, MO. Lindy worked as a teacher and later a juvenile probation officer. She participated in the United Way, was a member of the PTO, and volunteered at Auburn High School. Lindy was blessed with many friends, Anita, Debby, Cindy, Diane, Donna and Vicky. She was immediately liked by all who met and knew her. Lindy will never be forgotten, nor will her courage and grace, as she fought the pain and disabilities with her illness. The family would like to thank the wonderful staff at Van Matre HealthSouth and Hospice of America especially Lilly, Erica, Julie and Teresa for their kind and compassionate care and friendship during Lindy’s illness. Lindy’s wish was to be at home and she appreciated the hours of loving care given by her husband and her daughter, Ashley.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Survived by her husband of almost 40 years, Richard; her sons, Drew (Elaine) Vidal and Nick Vidal; daughters, Ashley and Whitney; brother, Todd (Sandy) Sandberg; sisters-in-law, Cheryl Vidal, Janet (Gus) Stulreyer, and Marna (Phil) Pier; numerous loving nieces and nephews. Preceded by infant son, Adam; brother, Jack; and brother-in-law, John (Cheryl’s husband) and Steve Vidal.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Celebration of life services were held at 6 p.m. on Saturday, May 4, 2013 at Fitzgerald Funeral Home and Crematory, Mulford Chapel, 1860 Mulford Rd., with a memorial visitation from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the funeral home.       <description>Norma Jean Coffman, daughter of Elbert Harmon and Opal Woodcock Harmon Schatz, was born on December 14, 1925 in Meramec, MO. She departed this life on Friday, May 18, 2013, in Lake Regional Hospital, Osage Beach, MO at the age of eighty-seven years, five months and four days.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;On March, 25, 1950, she was united in marriage to Ernest Edward “Ernie” Coffman, whom she met while roller skating. To this union one son was born. Together they shared fifty-three years of marriage before his passing on June 12, 2003.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;She was also preceded in death by her parents.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Survivors include her son, Eric Coffman and wife, Denine, of Linn Creek, MO; a half-brother, W.B. Harmon and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Jean was raised in Sullivan, MO and as a teenager, she moved to St. Louis to wait tables. She later returned to Sullivan, MO and was married. She rode with her husband on many trips while he worked as a truck driver. She eventually became the third woman in the United States to receive licensing to operate a tractor-trailer. She drove with Ernie for over seventeen years. In 1960, they moved to the Lake of the Ozarks and owned and operated Jean and Ernie’s Lake Hotel in Osage Beach for many years.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;In her spare time, she enjoyed reading and volunteering at the LAMB House. As a resident of the nursing home, she enjoyed bingo and the other activities offered there.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;She was a loving mother and a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate her life and her accomplishments and will treasure the memories she created for her family and friends.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, May 23, 2013 in Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home. Burial was followed in Greenmore Memorial Gardens, Barnett, MO. Visitation was from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Thursday, May 23, 2013 at the funeral home.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Memorial donations may be made to LAMB House and left at the funeral home.       <description>Nellie Mae Head, of Bourbon, MO, passed away on Sunday, May 19, 2013 at Gibbs Care Center in Steelville, MO at the age of 93 years, nine months and 19 days.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Nellie was born on July 30, 1919 near Fredericktown, MO to the late Oscar and Lucy (Keel) Sheppard. On February 5, 1937 she was united in marriage to William O. (Bill) Head and to this marriage seven children were born. Nellie was employed in the dietary department of the former Sullivan Community Hospital for several years before retiring. She enjoyed cooking, sewing quilts, tending to her flower gardens and spending time with her family.  Nellie was a faithful member of the First Assembly of God in Bourbon until ill health prevented her from attending.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;She is survived by three sons, Gus Head and wife, Tessie, of Steelville, MO, Rodger Head and wife, Johann, of Springfield, MO and Steve Head and wife, Linda, of Cleveland, TX; two daughters, Kathy Lynchard and husband, Gary, of Bourbon, MO, and Peggy Pratte and husband, Steve, of Sullivan, MO; 20 grandchildren; 42 great-grandchildren and 22 great-great-grandchildren; a sister-in-law, Pat Sheppard of Fredericktown, MO; other relatives and friends.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Along with her parents and husband Bill, Nellie was preceded in death by two daughters, Ruthann Brown and Vicki Williams; an infant granddaughter, Teresa Ann Alexander; two sons-in-law, Kenny Alexander and David McBride; a daughter-in-law, Laura Head; three brothers, Cecil, Earl and Ivan Sheppard; and three sisters, Ruby Ellis, Mary Lampkin and Belle Casper.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;She was a kind and loving mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother and will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Funeral services were conducted 11 a.m., on Wed., May 22, 2013 from the Eaton Funeral Home in Sullivan with Pastor Harold Harrison officiating. Interment was in Bourbon Cemetery, Bourbon, MO. Visitation for Nellie was held from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m., Tuesday evening at the Eaton Funeral Home in Sullivan.</description>

      <description>Tracy Allen Taylor, 44, passed away on Tuesday May 28, 2013 at home.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;He was born at Camp Pendleton, CA to proud parents the late Jerry Taylor and Diane Taylor on July 14, 1968.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;He received his schooling at St. Anthony’s Catholic grade school in Sullivan until the family moved to Delaware for four years, when they returned he attended Sullivan High School, Sullivan, MO. He graduated in 1987. He also took many classes at East Central College to earn a Business Degree.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;As a teenager and a young man, Tracy was on the Sullivan Jr. Fire department and then moved on to the Volunteer Fire Department. He even at a young age loved helping others.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;On February 19, 1994 he was joined in marriage with Pamela Webb and he accepted Pam’s 2 sons Josh and Jacob as his own and in August 1995 they brought into this world a bouncing baby boy… Tracy’s pride and JOY -Bobby Dean Taylor.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Tracy managed the Hardees, Subway, Dominos &amp;amp; Burger King in Sullivan for many years.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;On September 14, 2001 he was united in marriage to his wife Lynn – he opened his heart once again, this time to Lynn’s 3 sons, Jesse Wayne, Kevin Charles and Cory Scott. He loved the boys like his own.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Tracy loved to play paint ball, enjoyed the time with his buddy’s – game nights but mostly loved watching movies and just sitting with Lynn spending quality time just saying nothing or talking about everything!&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;He, Lynn and boys became members of First Christian Church in Washington MO on February 17, 2008 and at that time he turned his life over to Christ, he helped so many men, women and children learn to know and love the Lord!! If you needed someone to pray for you or with you he was your guy!!!&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;He was employed as a hearing representative with Equifax in St Louis-he lived for his job he loved getting up and going to work each day.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Tracy is survived by his wife Lynn (nee Ehlenbeck), 4 sons, Bobby Dean Taylor, Jesse, Kevin and Cory Hansel, his mother Diane Taylor of Sullivan, MO , his grandmother Ellen Geraldine Schaffer-Brune, Sister Cathy McAfee and Husband Jason, nephew Kyle Williams of Glen Carbon, IL, Mother in law Virginia Ehlenbeck, and the Late Charles Ehlenbeck, Villa Ridge&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Brother and Sister in laws – Bill and Susan Ehlenbeck, Ben, Clare and Anthony Wright City, MO, Rich and Leasa Ehlenbeck, Chris and Aaron, Villa Ridge, MO, Paul and Patty Ehlenbeck, Nicole, Chad and Robbie, Wentzville, MO,  Jimmy and Tina Ehlenbeck, Carly, Brittany, Paige, Adam and Great Niece Olivia, Villa Ridge, MO&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, His high school and lifelong friends.       <description>Peter B. Lucas of Stanton, Missouri, passed away at Mercy Hospital of Washington on Wednesday, May 29, 2013 at the age of 84 years, 11 months and 28 days.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Mr. Lucas was born on May 31, 1928 at Keweenaw Bay, Michigan to the late Michael and Mary (Plautz) Lucas. On October 22, 1950 he was united in marriage to Irene Froberg in Waukegan, Illinois and to this marriage five children were born.  Mr. Lucas worked the majority of his life in the mining industry in Michigan and Missouri. He retired from the former Pea Ridge Mining Company in Sullivan in 1986. In his retirement years, Mr. Lucas loved to garden and found pleasure in creating stain glass motifs and rock collecting.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;He is survived by his wife, Irene, of the family home; Peter Lucas and wife, Julia, of Sullivan, Kurt Lucas and wife, Heather, of Sullivan; three daughters, Patricia Juergens of Sullivan, Mary Grib and husband, Tim, of Wildwood, MO, and Jennifer Hedges and husband, Terry, of Stanton; twelve grandchildren, Dennis Juergens and his wife, Margie, Heather Oldham and her husband, Matt, Michelle Hassard and her husband, Griffen, Sara and Rachel Lucas, Kelsey Hedges, Aley, Taylor, Kaleb, and Kristen Lucas, Kylie Hedges and Dana Grib; five great-grandchildren, Garrett Juergens, Blake Oldham, Tyler Juergens, Ty Hassard and Hayden Oldham; three sisters-in-law, Betty Korhonen of Stanton, Deloris Mayo of the state of Michigan and Barbara Rovedo also of the state of Michigan; three brothers-in-law, Robert, Donald and Earl Froberg all of the state of Michigan; other relatives and friends.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Mr. Lucas was preceded in death by both parents, three brothers and one sister.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Funeral services were conducted 11:00 a.m., Saturday, June 1, 2013 from the Eaton Funeral Home in Sullivan with the Reverend Fr. Paul Telken officiating. Cremation followed the services.  Visitation was held on Saturday from 9:00-11:00 a.m. at the Eaton Funeral Home in Sullivan. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.</description>

      <description>Evelyn Oleta Paul passed away Saturday, May 25, 2013 at her home surrounded by her family, she was 73.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Evelyn was born in Sullivan, MO on December 13, 1939 to the late Robert Benett and Thelma Ruth Dauer Doyle.  She and Curtis Paul were married on January 5, 1957 and he preceded her in February of 2000.  Evelyn spent the majority of her life in the Sullivan area working at both the International and Midwest Shoe Companies. She enjoyed yard work and took great pride in her flowers. She was raised in the Baptist faith.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Mrs. Paul is survived by two sons; Robert Paul and wife Judy of Sullivan and Eric Paul and wife Carrie of Bourbon, Two brothers; Gary Doyle and wife Mary of Cuba, MO and William Doyle of Colorado, two sisters; Carol Mercer and husband Paul of Sullivan and Judy Doyle of Cuba as well as ten grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren and many other family and friends.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;In addition to her husband and parents, she was also preceded by a son Curtis Paul.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Graveside services for Mrs. Paul were held on Thursday, May 30, 2013 at the Bourbon Cemetery with the Pastor Raymond T. Yates officiating.</description>

      <description>Rita Diane Terry, of Sullivan, Missouri, passed away Monday, May 27, 2013 at the age of 56 years and nine days.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Rita was born in Boston, Massachusetts on May 18, 1957 to Beverly Jean (Hallock) Capostagno and the late Joseph Anthony Capostagno. She was raised in Somerset, Rhode Island, later graduating high school there. Rita went on to earn several hours of college credits at Bristol Community College.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;She, later, honorably served her country with the U.S. Army. It was there, that she met her future husband, Richard Charles Terry. On December 17, 1977 they were married in Sullivan, Missouri and to this union two sons were born. She was a woman who was known to laugh a lot, to dance and love life.  Rita was also an accomplished crafter and artist. She attended Sullivan Christian Church.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;She is survived by her husband, Richard Terry of Sullivan; two sons, J. Richard Ethan Terry of Sullivan, MO and Carl Beecher Terry and wife, Ashley, of St. Charles, MO; her mother; Beverly Capostagno of Somerset, MA; and one sister, Paula Rezendes and husband, Mark, of Warren, RI; other relatives and friends.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Funeral services were conducted 11:00 a.m., Friday, May 31, 2013 from the Eaton Funeral Home in Sullivan with Pastor Grady O’Dell officiating. Interment was in Stanton Cemetery, Stanton, Missouri.
