Rose Anna Mary Huellinghoff, 92, Villa Ridge, died Monday, November 5, 2001, at Washington.She was born on
January 9, 1909, at Villa Ridge, the daughter of Aloysius Kuenzel and wife Anna, nee Kleekamp.Mrs. Huellinghoff
received her education at St. John the Baptist School in Gildehaus.On August 19, 1930, she was united in marriage to
John Edward Huellinghoff at St. John the Baptist Church.She was a life member of St. John the Baptist Church, as well
as a member of the ladies sodality and the quilters group.
Mrs. Huellinghoff was preceded in death by her husband,
John Edward Huellinghoff, December 27, 1958; one son, Edward John Huellinghoff, 1950; two sisters, Frances Weber
and Bernadine Straatmann; and four brothers, William, Frank, Sylvester and John Kuenzel.She is survived by three
sons, Fred Huellinghoff and wife Marie, Villa Ridge, Anthony Huellinghoff and wife Davelene, Union, and Jerome
Huellinghoff and wife Gladys, Owensville; five daughters, Anna Thiel, Washington, Betty Jean Brinkmann, Villa Ridge,
Rita LaBoube, Washington, Bernice Noelker and husband Tom, Washington, and Mary Schuhmacher and
husband John, Washington; one sister, Catherine Straatmann, Villa Ridge; one brother, Anthony Kuenzel and wife Mary, Washington; 37 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.A funeral Mass for Mrs.Huellinghoff was held Thursday, November 8, at St. John the Baptist Church, Villa Ridge, with Rev. Jeff Knight
officiating.Interment was in the church cemetery.Memorials to St. John the Baptist Cemetery Fund or School are preferred.
