Sandra Fern Clark, 71, Washington, departed this life Wednesday, June 27, 2012.

Miss Clark was born Sept. 16, 1940, in St. Louis.

She was preceded in death by her father, Duward Cook; her mother, Fern Exstrom; her stepmother, Yolanda Cook; and her stepfather, Jerome Exstrom; one son, Ronald Clark; and one brother, Phil Exstrom.

Miss Clark is survived by two sons, James L. Clark and Albert L. Clark Jr.; one brother, Chuck Exstrom; one sister, Phyllis Ashliman; four grandchildren, Christina Johnson, Jeffrey Clark, Johnny Clark and Issac Clark; and five great-grandchildren, Raven, Matthew, Rachael, Gabriel and Elijah; many other family and friends.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 14, at 11 a.m. at First Christian Church, Washington.
