Dorothy Lorene Lambert, nee Helton, 51, Potosi, passed away Monday, Feb. 23, 2004.

Mrs. Lambert was born March 1, 1952, in Dixon, the daughter of Raymond Walter Helton and wife Dessie Elzadie, nee Thompson.

On Nov. 27, 1982, she was united in marriage to Daniel James Lambert.

Mrs. Lambert was preceded in death by her father, Raymond Helton; her husband, Daniel Lambert; one brother, Marion "Bud" Helton; and one sister, Lola Hollis.

She is survived by two children, Dale Helton, Pacific, and Jennifer Lambert, Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; one granddaughter, Jamie Helton, Eureka; her mother, Dessie Helton, Potosi; one brother, Oliver "Sonny" Helton and wife Janet, Iberia; one sister, Evelyn Workman and husband Jack, Brumley; one sister-in-law, Ruby Helton, St. Clair; one brother-in-law, Harold Hollis, House Springs; nieces; nephws; great-nieces; great-nephews; cousins; other relatives and many friends.

Private committal services will be held at a later date.

The Lambert family is being served by Russell Colonial Funeral Home, St. Clair.
